💰 €40,000 - €75,000 per year
About the role
- You acquire new clients and handle inbound inquiries
- You conduct advisory and analysis discussions with new or existing clients
- You contact and engage candidates via LinkedIn
- You conduct interviews and assess candidates' fit for our clients
Requirements
- You are interested in sales and HR (ideally: you already have some sales experience, but this is not required)
- Optional: You are a career changer with strong communication skills and a strong interest in sales and recruiting
- You enjoy approaching people and are communicative
- You can self-motivate, collaborate with the team, and are ambitious about your career
- You work hands-on and can find a solution for any problem
- Very good German skills (C2 level) and good English skills (C1 level)
