About the role

  • Quality assurance of advanced HubSpot Sales/Marketing/Service Hub projects for our B2B SaaS and professional services clients
  • Ensuring our HubSpot projects are scalable and repeatable
  • Delivering market-fit, high-quality HubSpot solutions with measurable bottom-line impact
  • End-to-end responsibility for implementations, including workflow creation, executing data migrations, and performing QA measures and technical audits
  • Designing, developing, and implementing non-native integrations between HubSpot and other subsystems such as ERP, accounting software, and custom solutions
  • Handling 2nd- and 3rd-level support requests
  • Owning proactive and reactive activities to maintain our HubSpot partner status
  • Assisting with deal closures in close collaboration with the GTM Unit Lead and management

Requirements

  • Initial experience with HubSpot as a power user or super-admin
  • Basic technical understanding of API integrations, middleware, and automations
  • More than 12 months of experience in consulting-adjacent and client-facing roles (e.g., Product Management, Project Management, or Consulting)
  • Experience working with .csv files
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Willingness to travel (up to 2 trips per quarter)
