About the role
- Quality assurance of advanced HubSpot Sales/Marketing/Service Hub projects for our B2B SaaS and professional services clients
- Ensuring our HubSpot projects are scalable and repeatable
- Delivering market-fit, high-quality HubSpot solutions with measurable bottom-line impact
- End-to-end responsibility for implementations, including workflow creation, executing data migrations, and performing QA measures and technical audits
- Designing, developing, and implementing non-native integrations between HubSpot and other subsystems such as ERP, accounting software, and custom solutions
- Handling 2nd- and 3rd-level support requests
- Owning proactive and reactive activities to maintain our HubSpot partner status
- Assisting with deal closures in close collaboration with the GTM Unit Lead and management
Requirements
- Initial experience with HubSpot as a power user or super-admin
- Basic technical understanding of API integrations, middleware, and automations
- More than 12 months of experience in consulting-adjacent and client-facing roles (e.g., Product Management, Project Management, or Consulting)
- Experience working with .csv files
- Fluent in German and English
- Willingness to travel (up to 2 trips per quarter)
