- Build a robust leadership pipeline to mitigate talent risk
- Own global engagement roadmap utilizing technology and data
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- At least 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Director/VP)
- Proven track record in a Private Equity-backed SaaS company
- Experience managing geographically dispersed teams (US, Mexico, India, and EMEA)
- Ability to design and implement global talent assessment and succession planning strategies
- Consultative experience with senior leaders on organizational design and leadership efficacy
- Data-driven approach to employee engagement and productivity insights
- Expert-level change management abilities
