Design, develop, and directly implement bespoke AI solutions leveraging the Agentforce platform and other technologies
Personally write code, configure systems, and troubleshoot issues to ensure successful deployment and measurable business impact
Identify and directly resolve complex technical challenges across data integration, model deployment, and agent orchestration
Build high-quality, scalable production systems using AI and LLMs to create intelligent agents and automate workflows
Own data end-to-end: design data models, build processing pipelines, and establish integration strategies for AI applications
Embed with client teams to understand operational challenges, translate needs into technical requirements, and act as primary technical advisor
Perform deep-dive technical debugging of system interactions, data flows, and AI model behaviors to optimize performance
Rapidly prototype proofs-of-concept and minimum viable products alongside client teams for iterative refinement
Apply engineering best practices for code quality, scalability, security, and maintainability across deployed solutions
Travel to customer sites as required (25-50%)
Requirements
Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline
Academic, professional or internship experience working in a professional coding setting environment
Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java, Python, Apex)
Proven track record of hands-on, end-to-end delivery of high-quality, scalable production solutions in a professional environment
Hands-on experience building solutions with AI/LLM technologies, including integrating LLMs, applying AI orchestration frameworks, and prompt engineering techniques
Strong experience in data modeling, processing, integration, and analytics, with demonstrable proficiency in data platforms (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks)
Direct experience with the Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, and development
Demonstrated entrepreneurship, a "get-things-done" attitude, and a focus on fast delivery
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to travel 25-50% of the time, as needed to customer sites
(Preferred) Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and/or Agentforce platform
(Preferred) Experience developing conversational AI solutions within regulated industries
(Preferred) Experience with Apex and/or Python coding languages
(Preferred) Prior customer-facing experience
(Preferred) Salesforce platform certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform Developer I, Architect)
