Lead development of new tools and features related to prospect, buyer group, and account identification and tracking across complex, multi-channel interactions
Support existing privacy and tracking features
Work closely with engineering, research, support, and sales teams to gather requirements and ensure that new tools meet the needs of customers
Manage the product roadmap and prioritize new features
Advocate for functionality and benefits to ensure visibility and adoption
Track adoption of new tools and measure their impact on customer satisfaction
Develop and execute complex, multi-release product roadmaps
Present complex areas to wide audiences
Requirements
5+ years of experience in product management
Strong experience in B2B marketing automation
Strong understanding of technical aspects of marketing automation, including tracking domains, cookie policies, DNS management, and data encryption
Working knowledge of compliance and consent requirements, such as GDPR, CCPA, etc.
Clear eye for hands-on detail
Strong ability to prioritize multiple requirements based on impact and risk analysis
Skills to coordinate across a diverse group of feature and function teams
Ability to work with highly technical scrum teams
Experience developing and executing complex, multi-release product roadmaps
Ability to present complex areas to wide audiences
