About the role

  • Lead development of new tools and features related to prospect, buyer group, and account identification and tracking across complex, multi-channel interactions
  • Support existing privacy and tracking features
  • Work closely with engineering, research, support, and sales teams to gather requirements and ensure that new tools meet the needs of customers
  • Manage the product roadmap and prioritize new features
  • Advocate for functionality and benefits to ensure visibility and adoption
  • Track adoption of new tools and measure their impact on customer satisfaction
  • Develop and execute complex, multi-release product roadmaps
  • Present complex areas to wide audiences

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management
  • Strong experience in B2B marketing automation
  • Strong understanding of technical aspects of marketing automation, including tracking domains, cookie policies, DNS management, and data encryption
  • Working knowledge of compliance and consent requirements, such as GDPR, CCPA, etc.
  • Clear eye for hands-on detail
  • Strong ability to prioritize multiple requirements based on impact and risk analysis
  • Skills to coordinate across a diverse group of feature and function teams
  • Ability to work with highly technical scrum teams
  • Experience developing and executing complex, multi-release product roadmaps
  • Ability to present complex areas to wide audiences
