About the role

  • Proactively identify, evaluate, and execute strategic partnership opportunities aligned to product and corporate priorities
  • Build partnership strategies, financial analyses, and technical product and integration plans
  • Lead development of pitch materials, strategy documents, mockups, and working demos
  • Structure and negotiate complex agreements that deliver mutual value and business outcomes
  • Manage and grow key partner relationships and act as trusted advisor to partners and internal stakeholders
  • Represent initiatives with EVP+ and C-level audiences
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and legal to ensure scalable, long-term partnerships

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development, corporate development, partner engineering, or strategic partnerships roles, preferably within the enterprise software, SaaS, or technology industry
  • Demonstrated track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing complex, high-value strategic partnerships
  • Ability to develop clear partnership strategy and structure and analyze quantitative impacts
  • Strong commercial instincts and product knowledge
  • Ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus with both internal and external executives
  • Track record of delivering partnerships with measurable outcomes such as revenue growth, product adoption, and market expansion
