Proactively identify, evaluate, and execute strategic partnership opportunities aligned to product and corporate priorities
Build partnership strategies, financial analyses, and technical product and integration plans
Lead development of pitch materials, strategy documents, mockups, and working demos
Structure and negotiate complex agreements that deliver mutual value and business outcomes
Manage and grow key partner relationships and act as trusted advisor to partners and internal stakeholders
Represent initiatives with EVP+ and C-level audiences
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and legal to ensure scalable, long-term partnerships
Requirements
A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development, corporate development, partner engineering, or strategic partnerships roles, preferably within the enterprise software, SaaS, or technology industry
Demonstrated track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing complex, high-value strategic partnerships
Ability to develop clear partnership strategy and structure and analyze quantitative impacts
Strong commercial instincts and product knowledge
Ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus with both internal and external executives
Track record of delivering partnerships with measurable outcomes such as revenue growth, product adoption, and market expansion
