About the role
- Partner with sales teams to remove security as a blocker by speaking directly to CISOs, CIOs, and CAIOs, aligning Salesforce’s Trust Layer with their strategic risk appetite.
- Lead the conversation on the safe adoption of Agentforce. Educate customers on prompt defense, data grounding, and how our "Trust Layer" prevents data leakage and toxicity in autonomous AI agents.
- Architect solutions that address complex data residency, discovery, and classification requirements, ensuring customers maintain full control over their metadata and sensitive information.
- Apply deep knowledge of global regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS) and industry frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, ISO 42000, SOC2) to validate Salesforce's compliance posture in the context of generative AI.
- Develop and deliver high-fidelity technical demonstrations, often using configuration or light coding, to showcase Data security, DLP and SSPM.
- Work closely with Salesforce Technology & Product Engineering teams to feed back customer requirements, influencing the roadmap for future security and AI governance features.
