About the role

  • Partner with sales teams to remove security as a blocker by speaking directly to CISOs, CIOs, and CAIOs, aligning Salesforce’s Trust Layer with their strategic risk appetite.
  • Lead the conversation on the safe adoption of Agentforce. Educate customers on prompt defense, data grounding, and how our "Trust Layer" prevents data leakage and toxicity in autonomous AI agents.
  • Architect solutions that address complex data residency, discovery, and classification requirements, ensuring customers maintain full control over their metadata and sensitive information.
  • Apply deep knowledge of global regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS) and industry frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, ISO 42000, SOC2) to validate Salesforce's compliance posture in the context of generative AI.
  • Develop and deliver high-fidelity technical demonstrations, often using configuration or light coding, to showcase Data security, DLP and SSPM.
  • Work closely with Salesforce Technology & Product Engineering teams to feed back customer requirements, influencing the roadmap for future security and AI governance features.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical presales or security architecture role, with a proven track record of selling to the C-suite.
  • Active Information Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, CISM, or SANS/GIAC).
  • Strong understanding of the AI Life Cycle, including LLM security, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and the ethical implications of autonomous agents.
  • Mastery of data privacy laws and security frameworks (ISO, NIST, SOC, FedRAMP).
  • Deep familiarity with cloud-native architectures (SaaS/PaaS), API security, OIDC/SAML, cryptography, and relational database security.
