About the role
- Independently organize, drive, and manage entire programs or workstream(s) within a program
- Utilize project management governance and tools to manage timeline, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Represent organization during due diligence, analyzing a target company’s partner ecosystem, formulating an integration strategy, assessing the risks and mitigations to contribute to 'go / no go' acquisition decision
- Define the GP M&A processes and systems integration plan based on deal objectives, GTM goals, and due diligence findings
- Orchestrate cross-functional business leaders through integration or strategic initiative planning across discovery, requirements gathering, roadmap execution, user acceptance testing, and change management
- Collaborate with Information Technology to drive system integration solution decisions that support GTM objectives while adhering to integration guiding principles, data governance standards, and follow the long-term systems roadmap
- Serve as a positive spokesperson to address acquired company employees' systems integration questions and boost awareness about upcoming Salesforce system roadmap and data governance changes
- Collaborate and guide stakeholders to remove roadblocks and progress programs
- Be transparent - communicate often
- Identify key program metrics and report progress
- Plan, manage and run Steering Committee meetings with senior leadership to drive key decisions
- Establish rapport, credibility, trust, and respect throughout the organization at all levels, and be viewed as a team player with exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills
Requirements
- 8-10 years experience in program management independently leading medium to large, cross functional programs and/or M&A experience leading due diligence and integration planning and execution involving multiple enterprise systems
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Management Information Systems, or related B.S. degree, or equivalent professional experience
- Salesforce CRM knowledge is a strong plus and heavily recommended
- Strong Google suite skills (including Gemini and NotebookLM)
- Ability to quickly ramp on collaboration technologies (Slack, canvases, slackbot)
