- Lead and oversee the maintenance of critical renewals data and workflows
- Manage and govern internal case queue(s)
- Identify process needs and drive future state solutions
- Champion data quality improvement initiatives
- Leverage AI, Slack, Python, data, and other tools to automate workflows
- Contribute to special projects and cross-functional initiatives
Requirements
- 8+ years in Renewals/Sales Operations, Business Operations, Consulting, or a similar role, including 3-5 years leading teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with territory management principles
- Strong working knowledge of SQL, SOQL, and Python
- Expertise in CRM platforms and renewal processes
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience required
