  • Lead and oversee the maintenance of critical renewals data and workflows
  • Manage and govern internal case queue(s)
  • Identify process needs and drive future state solutions
  • Champion data quality improvement initiatives
  • Leverage AI, Slack, Python, data, and other tools to automate workflows
  • Contribute to special projects and cross-functional initiatives

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Renewals/Sales Operations, Business Operations, Consulting, or a similar role, including 3-5 years leading teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with territory management principles
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL, SOQL, and Python
  • Expertise in CRM platforms and renewal processes
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience required
