About the role
- Analyze the health of the business by interpreting key performance metrics
- Embed and own Sales operational governance and cadence
- Build executive presentations, crafting the messages of Leadership
- Develop and present recommendations to senior management for strategic decision making
- Own and enhance data sources and data reporting to gain scale and address new requirements
- Work cross‐functionally to drive the execution of go‐to‐market strategies
- Participate in key strategic projects and long-term transformational initiatives
- Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership and departmental heads
- Review, design, and execute improvements to org structure find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them
- Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience, ideally in consulting or sales strategy and operations roles in tech
- Significant experience in a top consulting firm OR high tech company in a highly analytical role OR strategy department in a fast-paced growth company
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills: Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, conduct data-driven analysis and come up with recommendations
- Strong communication skills: translate results into easily digestible messages and executive presentations
- Team Player: highly collaborative style with strong networking skills across business functions
- Team management: lead by example and passionate about developing and nurturing talent
- Agile and flexible way of working: the ability to adjust on the fly to new demands, comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and a good grasp of a sense of urgency
- Strong work ethics: take pride in achieving excellence, high energy, autonomy, and resilience with a "Get it done" Attitude
- Proven ability to lead large teams and complex cross functional projects
- Courageous communicator: excel at bringing stakeholders along the journey and managing stakeholder expectations for efficient workload prioritization
