About the role
- Acting as a talent consultant and advocate for internal employees at Salesforce
- Lead the entire recruiting process from initial screening through offer accept
- Enabling candidates and hiring managers on our Internal Recruiting Process and Policies
- Participate in implementing and driving global recruiting programs
- Build an ongoing, balanced pipeline of qualified internal candidates
- Learn the profiles within your supported talent communities so that you can help best match candidates with the appropriate opportunities
- Partner with other departments to drive the recruiting process
Requirements
- 5+ years of Recruiting experience
- experience with Internal Recruiting and/or experience with Sales Recruiting a plus
- Proven track record of excellent client engagement
- Experience building relationships across various internal stakeholders in a matrixed environment
- Experience partnering and influencing senior level Hiring Managers and Executives
- Understanding of ATS tools and technologies
- experience with Workday a plus
- Ability to deliver on tight deadlines and executive in a fast-paced and high volume environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the Values & Behaviors for the role
