Develop and own a 2-3 year product roadmap for MuleSoft’s AI initiatives
Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for a complex product domain
Lead a high-performing cross-functional team across Engineering, UX, Product Marketing, and Sales
Deeply understand feature usage and telemetry to drive product adoption
Serve as a thought leader for MuleSoft AI at industry events and with strategic customers

Requirements

10+ years in Product Management
Proven track record of leading complex, platform-scale products in enterprise software (SaaS, iPaaS, or Cloud Infrastructure)
Ability to own a clear, high-level vision and translate it into execution
Deep understanding of API-led connectivity, orchestration, and AI/LLM ecosystem
Familiarity with autonomous agent frameworks and AI governance is a plus
Exceptional ability to navigate and influence a matrixed organization
Passion for understanding customer pain points and building solutions
A related technical degree required
