About the role

  • Lead the design and architecture of multi-cloud Salesforce solutions
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders
  • Explore and integrate solutions across Industry Clouds
  • Own technical and functional scope throughout the project lifecycle
  • Provide technical governance and mentorship to diverse teams
  • Solve high-complexity technical hurdles or build Proof of Concepts

Requirements

  • 8+ years in IT
  • 5+ years in Retail/Consumer/Manufacturing Goods domain
  • Proven track record of 2–3 large-scale engagements
  • Deep understanding of RCG-specific flows
  • Extensive experience with Apex, LWC, Integrations
  • Strong knowledge of TOGAF or similar frameworks
  • Application/System Architect certifications and at least 6 domain badges
  • Exceptional stakeholder management
