About the role
- Advising existing customers and new logos on modern CRM architectures
- Developing end-to-end solution strategies based on CRM, data platforms, and AI
- Positioning Agentic AI as the next evolutionary step for customer engagement and automation
- Conducting Discovery Workshops, Value Engineering Sessions, and Architecture Discussions
- Developing compelling solution designs and architecture concepts
- Presenting complex solutions to C-level executives, business units, and IT
- Identifying expansion opportunities
- Supporting the account team with cross- and upsell initiatives
- Building long-term trusted advisor relationships
- Translating new technologies such as AI, Data Platforms, and Agentic AI into concrete business applications
- Close collaboration with Product, Partners, and Customer Success
- Co-creating innovative customer engagement strategies
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a Solution Engineer, Pre-Sales Consultant, Solution Architect, or Technical Consultant
- Ideally experience at a CRM, SaaS, or cloud software company
- Alternatively, experience at an implementation partner / consulting firm with relevant project experience
- Experience in customer projects involving CRM, Data, or AI is a strong advantage
- Understanding of modern architecture topics such as: CRM and platform architectures, Data Integration & Data Platforms, AI-powered applications, Automation and intelligent agents (Agentic AI)
- Strong customer-first mentality
- Ability to connect technical solutions with concrete business value
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders (Business & IT)
