About the role

  • Enable customers to become a true Agentic Enterprise.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Agentforce and Data 360.
  • Guide customers at every step of their journey.
  • Accelerate customer adoption and maximize consumption of Data & AI products.
  • Engage directly with the sales team on strategic accounts, leading technical discovery and design.
  • Define customer use cases and deliver compelling workshops, demos, and hands-on POCs.
  • Develop detailed data architectures and provide recommendations.
  • Monitor credit consumption and fine-tune solutions for optimal performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as a Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Architect.
  • Previous experience in the Salesforce ecosystem is a plus.
  • Deep, proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Data 360 , including data modeling, ingestion, and identity resolution.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical pre-sales cycles, including delivering workshops, demos, and POCs.
  • Strong understanding of data integration patterns, APIs, and data governance principles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence both technical and business audiences.
  • A passion for innovation and a deep curiosity for artificial intelligence and business automation.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.
