About the role

  • Act as the lead technical advisor for one of our top Automotive Key Accounts, working as a strategic co-pilot alongside your Account Executive.
  • Lead the entire solution cycle through close collaboration with the extended account team, specialists, and engineering.
  • Translate complex customer needs into a compelling "Connected Vision," positioning Salesforce as the ultimate solution for their unique challenges.
  • Develop, build, and present highly customized demos and architectural concepts to C-level decision-makers, clearly demonstrating business value and ROI.
  • Represent Salesforce at marketing and partner events (e.g., industry demos, automotive-specific use cases).
  • Lead the technical strategy for RFPs and complex proposals.
  • Actively mentor peers, participate in internal training, and maintain a deep curiosity for emerging technologies (especially AI/Agentforce).
  • Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in an Enterprise B2B Sales/Presales role.
  • Deep understanding of the Automotive/Manufacturing industry, with a track record of driving digital transformation strategies for enterprise customers.
  • Proven ability to translate technical features into clear business value for executive audiences.
  • Solid oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Inquisitive, out-of-the-box thinker who is passionate about technology and sharing knowledge.
  • Native-level fluency in German (C2) and professional fluency in English.
  • Currently located in or around Munich or Frankfurt, Germany, with a willingness and ability to travel as needed.
