About the role
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders across nonprofit organizations
- Build a deep understanding of customer priorities, challenges, and mission objectives
- Develop and execute long-term account strategies aligned with customer business goals
- Drive pipeline development and manage the full sales cycle
- Collaborate with internal Salesforce teams including Solution Engineers, Customer Success, and product specialists
- Deliver compelling presentations and articulate the Salesforce value proposition
- Identify and drive growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to support customer success
- Maintain strong forecasting discipline and pipeline management
- Stay informed on nonprofit industry trends and competitive offerings
- Support customers in driving meaningful digital transformation initiatives
Requirements
- 5–10 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience
- Proven track record of closing enterprise deals
- Experience selling into large or complex organizations
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with C-level executives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in German and English
- Ability to travel as required
