About the role

  • Support the development of a multi-release roadmap for successful adoption of the product, including per-release strategies
  • Instrument the product to measure adoption and define success
  • Incorporate new features into Trial Orgs and Sales Demo Orgs
  • Improve ease of implementation through documentation, enablement, and automated setup
  • Accelerate efforts of implementation partners, sales engineers, and customer-facing teams
  • Regularly meet with customer-facing and partner-facing teams to understand barriers in product adoption
  • Configure new Salesforce features and leverage data analysts for usage trend insights

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience influencing and advising senior leaders and decision makers as a consultant, Solution Engineer, Success Manager, or similar roles that show your ability to align functional leaders around a common vision.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce (or similar) implementation consulting, or equivalent experience that demonstrates prior hands-on technical depth as well as understanding of the challenges customers face in adopting new software innovation
  • 5+ years experience in outbound/inbound product management or sales engineering delivering SaaS/cloud solutions
  • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills, including developing polished presentations for use at the executive level
  • Ability to work with a degree of ambiguity and flexibility to re-frame and solve adoption challenges
  • BS or MS in Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines or equivalent experience in technical leadership roles. MBA is a plus.
