About the role

  • Drive UKI program growth as part of Sales Programs
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Leaders to understand their pipeline generation needs
  • Develop and execute sales programs to meet pipeline and ACV needs
  • Track dollar results and adapt sales programs based on lessons learned
  • Provide ideas on how to increase productivity and success by analyzing data
  • Collaborate with stakeholders such as Sales Strategy, Enablement, and Product marketing

Requirements

  • 10 years deep understanding of Sales - whether that is front line Sales, Sales Programs, Sales Strategy or Sales Operations
  • Strong ability to influence and work cross-functionally, and build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience designing (or influencing the design of) revenue-producing sales campaigns and/or programs, campaigns and go-to-market strategies
  • Ability to draw actionable insights from data sets and interviews with salespeople and sales leaders
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting dashboards
  • Strong communicator, able to quickly think on their feet, and deal directly with senior sales leaders; proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders
