About the role
- Drive UKI program growth as part of Sales Programs
- Collaborate closely with Sales Leaders to understand their pipeline generation needs
- Develop and execute sales programs to meet pipeline and ACV needs
- Track dollar results and adapt sales programs based on lessons learned
- Provide ideas on how to increase productivity and success by analyzing data
- Collaborate with stakeholders such as Sales Strategy, Enablement, and Product marketing
Requirements
- 10 years deep understanding of Sales - whether that is front line Sales, Sales Programs, Sales Strategy or Sales Operations
- Strong ability to influence and work cross-functionally, and build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Experience designing (or influencing the design of) revenue-producing sales campaigns and/or programs, campaigns and go-to-market strategies
- Ability to draw actionable insights from data sets and interviews with salespeople and sales leaders
- Experience with Salesforce reporting dashboards
- Strong communicator, able to quickly think on their feet, and deal directly with senior sales leaders; proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders
