Requirements

10+ years of experience leading in an individual contributor role on a product design team.
Exceptional Portfolio that demonstrates a foundation in applied design skills and idea generation in a complex enterprise setting.
Familiarity with Developer Tools and Practices: Proven ability to design for technical personas (Developers, DevOps, Architects).
Familiarity with modern IDEs, Agentic development tools, API management, or cloud infrastructure tools is desirable.
Architectural Thinking: Demonstrated ability to break down complex ecosystems and communicate them in an understandable manner.
Impact in Ambiguity: Demonstrated ability to thrive in the most ambiguous of situations by creating clarity and alignment and seeing and seizing new opportunities.
AI/LLM Fluency: Foundational understanding of the concepts behind Generative and Agentic AI and the ability to leverage it in your daily work for increased efficacy and efficiency.
Raising the Bar: A strong track record of mentoring and guiding designers and design teams to larger impact.
Mastery of Influence: Excellent storytelling skills. You can command a room of engineers and executives, using design artifacts to build consensus and drive strategic decisions.
