About the role
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large, complex cross-functional programs supporting Salesforce’s Enterprise transformation
- Manage all aspects of the program lifecycle—including scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and issues
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to align on strategy, business needs, and delivery approach
- Drive execution through consistent program governance, risk mitigation, and transparent communication
- Facilitate recurring project and stakeholder meetings; track and escalate issues to leadership when needed
- Own and maintain program-level reporting, including master project plans and risks and issues
- Support onboarding of program team members and maintain documentation, artifacts, and shared channels
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects—preferably within large-scale transformations
- Experience working in a high-tech, SaaS, or software industry is strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of project lifecycle, methodologies, and tools such as Smartsheet, JIRA, or equivalent
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and priority-setting skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships across functions and leadership levels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools
