About the role

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large, complex cross-functional programs supporting Salesforce’s Enterprise transformation
  • Manage all aspects of the program lifecycle—including scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and issues
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to align on strategy, business needs, and delivery approach
  • Drive execution through consistent program governance, risk mitigation, and transparent communication
  • Facilitate recurring project and stakeholder meetings; track and escalate issues to leadership when needed
  • Own and maintain program-level reporting, including master project plans and risks and issues
  • Support onboarding of program team members and maintain documentation, artifacts, and shared channels

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects—preferably within large-scale transformations
  • Experience working in a high-tech, SaaS, or software industry is strongly preferred
  • Solid understanding of project lifecycle, methodologies, and tools such as Smartsheet, JIRA, or equivalent
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and priority-setting skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships across functions and leadership levels
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace tools
