About the role
- Requirement Discovery: Assist PMs in gathering and defining business requirements to solve real-world employee challenges.
- Data Analysis: Dive into Excel or Google Sheets to analyze trends and provide data-backed insights that inform product decisions.
- Quality Assurance: Support product testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure our tools are reliable and intuitive.
- Process Documentation: Help build the "source of truth" by documenting product enhancements, workflows, and system processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across ES, Finance, and various business stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree (May 2027 expected graduation date) in MIS, CIS, Data Science, Data analytics, Business, Finance, HR , or a related field.
- A genuine interest & familiarity with AI tools & applying them to business and people operations
- Strong analytical thinking with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets to interpret data and inform decisions.
- Ability to quickly master new systems, follow structured processes, and maintain high attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for partnering with cross-functional teams in Finance, ES, and beyond.
- A proactive interest in HR Tech or Product Management, paired with a drive to ask questions and learn.
