About the role
- You will play a crucial role in driving successful outcomes for our strategic customers by leveraging your technical expertise in data and analytics.
- Collaborate with customers, colleagues, and partners to evaluate technical architecture, optimize performance, and design effective solutions.
- Your technical expertise and business acumen will directly influence the technical architecture, performance optimization, and solution design strategies for our Signature Success customers.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of proven experience in enterprise consulting, including usage, design, and implementation of Tableau product solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes using technology and integration, with a focus on guiding customers through optimization and migration.
- Prior experience in Tableau server/Cloud administration or architecture, desktop, or large deployments.
- Strong understanding of data preparation, ETL, modeling, and the ability to guide customers through best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for various audiences and situations.
- Proactive and self-starting attitude with the ability to manage tasks independently.
- Ability to engage customers in global timezones as required by business need.
