About the role

  • Analyze and interpret data from a variety of sources, including surveys, market research, and past studies
  • Assist with aligning benchmark data from internal/external partners to compare against past time-boxing survey data to share across the business
  • Identify key trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategy
  • Create compelling data visualizations, such as charts, graphs, and dashboards, to communicate findings to stakeholders across the organization
  • Develop and maintain reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support as needed for specific market segments and roles
  • Present complex data findings in a clear, concise, and understandable manner to both technical, and non-technical audiences
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as needed

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, or Research Analyst, or in a similar role
  • Expert-level proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Sheets)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working with survey data and translating it into actionable insights
  • Expert-level knowledge in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Demonstrated experience with Salesforce, including an understanding of how the platform solves business problems
  • Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills, with an ability to manage multiple responsibilities and projects
  • Past experience with survey tools, Survey Monkey, Quatrics
