About the role
- Lead and develop a team of external sales professionals to exceed revenue targets across Peru and Chile
- Drive new business acquisition and expand existing customer relationships with Marketing Cloud solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with CMOs and marketing leaders, understanding their data and customer engagement challenges
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies that leverage AI capabilities within Marketing Cloud
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, data-driven marketing solutions
- Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and advance their careers
Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience
- Proven track record managing and scaling external sales teams
- Deep knowledge of Peru and Chile markets with established relationships
- Strong business acumen with ability to articulate ROI and strategic value
- Experience selling data and analytics platforms (e.g., SAS, Adobe, Acoustic, or similar)
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Background in marketing technology, customer data platforms, or marketing automation (preferred)
- Experience with AI-driven sales strategies and solutions (preferred)
- Demonstrated success in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (preferred)
- Track record of developing high-performing sales teams (preferred)
