About the role

  • Lead and develop a team of external sales professionals to exceed revenue targets across Peru and Chile
  • Drive new business acquisition and expand existing customer relationships with Marketing Cloud solutions
  • Build strategic partnerships with CMOs and marketing leaders, understanding their data and customer engagement challenges
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies that leverage AI capabilities within Marketing Cloud
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, data-driven marketing solutions
  • Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and advance their careers

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience
  • Proven track record managing and scaling external sales teams
  • Deep knowledge of Peru and Chile markets with established relationships
  • Strong business acumen with ability to articulate ROI and strategic value
  • Experience selling data and analytics platforms (e.g., SAS, Adobe, Acoustic, or similar)
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Background in marketing technology, customer data platforms, or marketing automation (preferred)
  • Experience with AI-driven sales strategies and solutions (preferred)
  • Demonstrated success in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (preferred)
  • Track record of developing high-performing sales teams (preferred)
