About the role
- Engage directly with the sales team on strategic accounts
- Lead technical discovery and design of Agentforce and Data Cloud solutions
- Define customer use cases and deliver workshops and POCs
- Develop detailed data architectures and provide recommendations
- Monitor credit consumption and optimize performance
- Collaborate with implementation teams and ensure successful transitions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
- Previous experience in the Salesforce ecosystem
- Experience with AI concepts and technologies
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical pre-sales cycles
- Strong understanding of data integration patterns
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- A passion for innovation and AI
- Fluency in English and Spanish
