About the role

  • Effectively plan, coordinate, and direct the delivery of large, complex projects and programs while managing risks and issues to minimize scope, budget, and schedule impacts.
  • Leading, motivating, and holding accountable project and internal/external team members in a matrixed organization.
  • Proactively build strong, trusted working relationships with functional leaders and business partners to align on vision, business outcomes and managing expectations around any scope changes and trade-offs.
  • Maintain the program delivery roadmap and alignment of outcomes along with required investments to long-range plans (LRP) and annual operating plans.
  • Proactively identify and manage cross-team dependencies and program risks, escalating to stakeholders as needed for immediate resolution.
  • In partnership with Business Owners ensure corporate controls (e.g., SOX, Security), process and policy related changes are adequately decisioned, documented, and validated for operational readiness.
  • Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and health.
  • Support creation of the business case/ROI aligned with the required data driven metrics for objectively measuring outcome attainment.
  • Act as the primary communicator for the program, taking project level details and aggregating up to provide clear and concise updates to multiple levels of leadership, including executive sponsors.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation programs
  • Executive level communication and presentation skills
  • Driving Business Process discovery and end state design
  • Facilitating and documenting key design decisions
  • Program planning and requirements management experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications
  • Solid command of project methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, Agile, Lean, Kanban)
  • Experience using project planning and PLM tools (Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or technology related field
