About the role

  • Use Tableau to create interactive and intuitive visualizations
  • Develop a deep understanding of enterprise data and operational details of the business (e.g., key datasets, business drivers/KPIs)
  • Build predictive analytics models to forecast trends and early warning signals in key business areas
  • Assist in wrangling data sets using Salesforce, SQL, and Tableau to discover patterns, correlate findings and measure the impact on business and key metrics
  • Know how to extract, manipulate and transform data
  • Automate manual reporting processes, develop data warehouse catalog and improve dataset quality
  • Partner with data engineering team to create, manage and improve data pipelines
  • Maintain data accuracy, audits and robust data solutions

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in analytics, reporting, data analysis and aggregation
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of SQL and Tableau
  • Knowledge of Snowflake, Airflow, ETL, Data pipelines, Tableau Prep builder
  • Knowledge of Salesforce product and platform features, capabilities, and the best use of them including CRMA and Tableau
  • Nice to have knowledge of Python programming language
  • Ability to quickly grasp technological and business concepts
