About the role
- Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle across your assigned territory and customer base
- Engage with senior executives and key decision-makers, expand existing relationships, and drive net-new growth within the Public Sector
- Manage and grow existing accounts, contracts, and installed footprint
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
- Build and execute a territory and account strategy to maximize long-term value
- Lead and orchestrate an extended virtual team (Pre-Sales, Marketing, Partners, Professional Services)
- Deliver accurate forecasting and revenue performance
- Represent and promote the Salesforce vision through customer engagements, executive briefings, events, and product demonstrations
Requirements
- Proven track record of selling enterprise software, technology solutions, or Advisory & Implementation services to B2G C-level executives
- Strong experience within Local Government and Public Health in Southern Italy
- 6+ years of quota-carrying experience in software or technology sales
- Demonstrated ability in account planning, complex deal management, and virtual team leadership
- Passion for innovation, digital transformation, and customer success
