- Design and execute a comprehensive communication plan for platform changes
- Tailor communications to specific Cloud Success personas
- Establish and manage feedback channels for internal users
- Partner with project teams to identify change impacts
- Develop a Change Adoption Framework
- Define and track KPIs for adoption
Requirements
- 3+ years in Change Management, Internal Communications, or Business Transformation
- Deep understanding of industry-standard Change Management frameworks (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, or ACMP)
- Ability to quickly learn the Salesforce/Cloud Success ecosystem
- Proficiency in using data to tell a story
- Proven ability to influence without authority
