About the role

  • Create programs, content, and campaigns that help CSMs build lasting AI habits, not just complete one-time training
  • Work with CSMs and stakeholders to identify what's working, then package it into resources the whole organization can use
  • Run interactive workshops, onboarding sessions, and AI product training (virtual and live) across regions as needed
  • Partner with teams to integrate AI tools into existing and new processes, advising on best practices along the way
  • Develop copy, assets, and messaging that keeps AI top-of-mind and drives ongoing engagement
  • Use data, feedback, and learning assessments to understand what's working and continuously improve programs
  • Keep up with trends in AI, learning technology, and change management, sharing insights with the team
  • Work closely with end users, product leads, architects, and PMs to deliver practical solutions aligned with business priorities

Requirements

  • Experience using AI tools confidently in your own work
  • A strong foundation in user experience design and human-centered design principles
  • Proven ability to design and deliver engaging, interactive experiences that drive real behavior change and adoption
  • Project management experience, including the ability to establish standards, document processes, and use data to optimize how work gets done
  • The skills to influence stakeholders and make business recommendations that keep initiatives on track and within scope
  • Comfort scripting, recording, and producing demo videos and other multimedia content
  • Experience with UX writing and content design is a plus.
