About the role

  • Development and maintenance of robust and scalable client & server-side components
  • Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve customer defects and production issues with Tableau products
  • Write code (new development, bug fixes), and automated tests
  • Clear documentation of steps-to-reproduce
  • Work in a Hybrid Engineering model, collaborating with product managers and architects

Requirements

  • B.S/M.S. in Computer Sciences or equivalent field.
  • 0-2 years of relevant software development experience.
  • deep working expertise primarily in C++ 17 or Java 17 and later
  • Experience in other languages like, Javascript, Typescript, C# will be good to have
  • Understanding of architecture principles, design patterns, multithreading, concurrency
  • Familiarity with relational databases and SQL queries.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and software engineering best practices
