About the role

  • Lead design for complex, high-impact productivity features
  • Turn fuzzy problems into clear, simple solutions
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape strategy and execution

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product design for desktop or mobile
  • a strong portfolio showing end-to-end design thinking and craft
  • experience leading design on complex or unclear problems
  • deep understanding of UX, interaction design, visual design, and motion design
  • experience working closely with Product and Engineering partners
  • ability to explain your ideas clearly and influence decisions
  • experience designing systems that scale to many users
  • strong attention to quality, accessibility, and detail
  • proven experience using AI in the design process to inform decisions, accelerate iteration, and deliver stronger design outcomes
