Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product design for desktop or mobile
  • A strong portfolio showing end-to-end design thinking and craft
  • Experience leading design on complex or unclear problems
  • Deep understanding of UX, interaction design, visual design, and motion design
  • Experience working closely with Product and Engineering partners
  • Ability to explain your ideas clearly and influence decisions
  • Experience designing systems that scale to many users
  • Strong attention to quality, accessibility, and detail
  • Proven experience using AI in the design process to inform decisions, accelerate iteration, and deliver stronger design outcomes.
