About the role

  • Support the full implementation lifecycle, from prioritizing to deployment
  • Be responsible for designing and building Salesforce industry-specific Revenue Cloud or Salesforce CPQ
  • Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Functional Solution Architects, and clients to devise technology solutions to meet client needs
  • Design technical solutions and work directly with customers to meet their business requirements
  • Lead and mentor the development and QA teams on the project
  • Ensure the system accurately meets the defined expectations of the business unit, ensuring proper testing is implemented
  • Create, and deliver, in a timely and accurate fashion, CRMs and workflow solutions

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in developing technology solutions
  • 2+ years of experience in handling client-facing projects in positions of increasing responsibility in the context of systems development and related business consulting
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Experience in designing and developing software components and having a very strong Service Oriented Architecture and integration background
  • Proficiency in programming using Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, APEX, J2EE, HTML, Java, JavaScript, and XML
  • Strong experience with configuration, customization, programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com from scratch
