About the role

  • Collaborate with the LATAM leadership team, including the Architecture Global community and Sales organizations, to translate growth plans into actionable strategies that emphasize Salesforce’s transformative value proposition.
  • Establish and scale expertise in cloud, platform, and industry architecture, guiding the team in designing and implementing complex, multi-cloud enterprise solutions that align with customer success.
  • Work closely with sales and distribution leadership to facilitate customer transformation by providing strategic counsel and technical expertise on enterprise architecture, system integration, and long-term value adoption.
  • Build and manage a diverse, multi-disciplinary team of Solutions Architects.
  • Create and contribute to architectural blueprints, methodologies and go-to-market strategies that drive competitive advantage.
  • Scale organizational programs that enhance architectural governance, boost productivity, and promote cross-functional collaboration.
  • Deeply understand the sales ecosystem to develop and execute technical strategies that drive revenue growth while ensuring team development and performance.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in digital transformation and enterprise architecture, with a focus on LATAM markets.
  • Proven success in managing high-performing architectural organizations and driving continuous improvement.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with engineering and product teams.
  • C-level relationships as a trusted technology and architecture advisor.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, AI Governance frameworks and a transformative leadership approach that integrates design thinking and human-centered principles.
  • Proven ability to mentor and inspire technical teams while reshaping them to meet evolving business needs.
  • Strong understanding of CRM, Data, AI, and their related business benefits.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a significant advantage.
