About the role
- Partner with the EMEA Renewals Leaders to drive Renewals Programs pipeline and ACV
- Partner with OU Sales Programs Managers to scale Renewals Programs direct to OUs
- Identify and recommend areas of strategic focus for the global sales teams
- Propose, create, prioritize, execute, and report on the success of sales programs
- Lead multiple complex and strategic projects to support revenue growth
- Partner with the business to align on goals, challenges, and data needed to support the strategy and proactively make recommendations
- Provide management with scope, timeline, requirements, benefits, and return on investment for each project
- Communicate risk clearly and take the lead in developing resolution strategies
- Represent the Renewals team on broader cross-functional projects involving other parts of the business as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience, ideally in Sales Strategy, Business Operations, Strategic Planning, Strategic Finance, Consulting, or related fields
- Proven success in sales strategy or business operations related to business metrics, operations, and revenue growth
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
