About the role
- Own and grow a portfolio of named automotive accounts in Sweden.
- Build and execute a territory plan focused on long-term value creation and sustainable growth.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders across IT, Engineering, Digital, and the C-Suite.
- Align Salesforce’s capabilities with the strategic goals of each customer, delivering clear ROI and business outcomes.
- Lead the full sales cycle – from early engagement and qualification through to close – in collaboration with Solution Engineering, Industry Strategy, Marketing, Partner Alliances, and Professional Services.
- Work closely with the wider Sales teams to share best practices and co-create industry-relevant solutions.
Requirements
- Proven success in enterprise SaaS sales, with 5+ years of experience managing and closing large, complex deals.
- Deep understanding of the Swedish Med Tech sector.
- Experience navigating complex organizations and building strong relationships at all levels, especially within executive leadership.
- A consistent track record of exceeding quota in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and consultative selling skills.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
- Willingness to travel across Sweden to meet with customers and attend key industry events.
