About the role
- We're looking for an exceptional Lead Solution Engineer to join our ANZ team, focusing on B2C Commerce Cloud solutions.
- Help major retailers create world-class online shopping experiences.
- Act as the primary technical advisor, leading complex pre-sales engagements and driving digital transformation across the retail and eCommerce landscape in the ANZ market.
- Combine deep B2C Commerce platform expertise with outstanding business acumen to design and articulate compelling solutions that solve our customers' most challenging business problems.
- Work closely with Account Executives, customers, and cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and customer success.
Requirements
- Solid experience in enterprise eCommerce, digital commerce consulting, solution engineering, or related technical pre-sales roles
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud (Demandware platform) or similar eCommerce platform.
- Deep understanding of retail operations, merchandising, digital marketing, customer experience, and omnichannel commerce
- Strong technical knowledge of eCommerce architecture including content management, catalog management, promotion engines, order management, payment processing, and fulfillment
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex technical sales cycles and closing enterprise deals
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills with ability to engage audiences from technical practitioners to executive leadership
- Strong business acumen with ability to understand customer P&Ls, business cases, and ROI models
- Experience working in or selling into the ANZ market with understanding of local retail landscape, consumer behaviors, and regulatory requirements
- Ability to work collaboratively in dynamic, fast-paced team environments
- Proven time management skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent opportunities
