Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive industry experience
- 3+ years directly managing and mentoring high-performing software engineering teams
- Deep technical background in scalable platform development
- Expertise in Java/JVM languages
- Modern cloud architecture knowledge
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Proficient in Kubernetes and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform)
- Implementation of end-to-end service ownership
- Strong foundation in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or foreign equivalent) or Master's degree with related experience
