About the role
- Partner with UX team, Engineers and Product Managers to define, ideate, and iterate design solutions using design tools such as Sketch or Adobe CS.
- Work with Engineering and deliver functional specs that are turned into working products.
- Collaborate with User Research team to validate and test new ideas that become great user experiences.
- Design user experience flow of MuleSoft composer and track the usage of MuleSoft Automation credit which enables users to track their usage through the website.
- Create prototypes that illustrate proposed design solutions with paper, clicks, or code using tools like InVision, Flinto, Principle, or Framer.
- Leverage knowledge of visual design fundamentals to design aesthetic products that enhance user experience and build trust with customers.
- Design a connection management experience that helps users manage their out-of-box connectors for building their Salesforce flow which can be performed on the web by collaborating with developers to build these flows for web development.
- Telecommuting is an option.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Web Design or a related quantitative discipline; 6 months of experience in the job offered or related field
