About the role

  • Master, analyze, plan and execute the outbound prospecting and sales process, including prioritizing prospects on outbound lists.
  • Develop the pipeline and execute the stages of the prospecting funnel according to defined parameters.
  • Collect information about potential clients and provide consultative information about project products and services.
  • Maintain and update information in the CRM, databases, and other systems.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure each lead receives appropriate follow-up according to its stage in the funnel.
  • Prepare lead presentation materials and facilitate commercial meetings between qualified leads and the sales executive.
  • Participate in commercial meetings and provide insights on how the Sales Development team can support the closing teams' efforts.
  • Analyze and report data that contributes to the adjustment and improvement of outbound prospecting processes and strategy.
  • Work with the Sales Development team to achieve project targets.
  • Execute the strategies and processes implemented by Sales Dev operations management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • Experience in consultative selling (outbound prospecting).
  • Experience in B2B sales prospecting.
  • Proficiency in sales techniques.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales funnel management.
  • MS Office: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel — intermediate level.
  • The following are a plus:
  • University degree in progress or completed.
  • Experience with prospecting in the technology and/or telecommunications sector.
