About the role
- Master, analyze, plan and execute the outbound prospecting and sales process, including prioritizing prospects on outbound lists.
- Develop the pipeline and execute the stages of the prospecting funnel according to defined parameters.
- Collect information about potential clients and provide consultative information about project products and services.
- Maintain and update information in the CRM, databases, and other systems.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure each lead receives appropriate follow-up according to its stage in the funnel.
- Prepare lead presentation materials and facilitate commercial meetings between qualified leads and the sales executive.
- Participate in commercial meetings and provide insights on how the Sales Development team can support the closing teams' efforts.
- Analyze and report data that contributes to the adjustment and improvement of outbound prospecting processes and strategy.
- Work with the Sales Development team to achieve project targets.
- Execute the strategies and processes implemented by Sales Dev operations management.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Experience in consultative selling (outbound prospecting).
- Experience in B2B sales prospecting.
- Proficiency in sales techniques.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales funnel management.
- MS Office: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel — intermediate level.
- The following are a plus:
- University degree in progress or completed.
- Experience with prospecting in the technology and/or telecommunications sector.
