• Strategic and operational overall responsibility for the rail and cable civil engineering business unit in the role of COO
• Lead and develop the technical and operations team
• Manage and optimize construction workflows and processes
• Responsible for cost, quality and schedule of all rail and cable civil engineering projects
• Support in acquiring new projects and preparing bids and proposals
• Close collaboration with executive management and other company departments
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, technical and safety regulations
• Represent the company vis-à-vis clients, authorities and partners
