About the role

  • Oversee a long‑term, mission critical construction project in Louisville, KY
  • Responsible for end‑to‑end construction oversight, stakeholder coordination, and project execution
  • Tailor unique solutions for HVAC/generator/utility to ensure uninterrupted equipment operation
  • Lead weekly update construction conferences with clients
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, and coordination with the design team
  • Coordinate with all parties involved during construction phases
  • Create Method of Procedure (MOPs) for clients detailing each step of a specific task on a project
  • Ensure uninterrupted operations in critical environments through customized HVAC, generator, and utility solutions
  • Develop client Method of Procedures for project execution
  • Review construction drawings, maintain schedules, and update the client portal
  • Build strong client relationships through high quality project delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field
  • 5+ years of experience managing construction projects
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative to drive projects forward
  • Flexibility and willingness to work on various projects and tasks, embracing new challenges with enthusiasm
  • Basic understanding of Building Automation/ Management systems
  • Previous experience with commissioning, a plus
  • Previous experience in a mission-critical facility, desired
  • Proficiency in using engineering tools and software to: Develop project schedules and track progress against milestones and deadlines, Develop project budgets and track status, Manage project meeting notes and follow-up lists
