Requirements
- A business-minded HR leader with 10+ years of progressive experience
- Skilled at navigating ambiguity and complexity
- A relationship builder who leads with trust, empathy, and curiosity
- Deep knowledge in talent strategy, organizational design, team development, and leadership coaching
- Industry experience in Engineering, Architecture, and Technology is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and HR platforms e.g., UKG
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related HR certification is a plus
