💰 $65,000 - $85,000 per year
About the role
- Consult on complex building enclosure projects providing leadership and expertise to internal and exterior project teams
- Provide exterior envelope consulting through site observations
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with project teams
- Maintain schedule for site visits, performing 16-25 observations per month
- Conduct report writing from home office
- Travel outside of City State area may be required for site visits including air travel and overnight stays
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in Construction required
- 5 years of experience in Project Management preferred
- Knowledgeable in below-grade waterproofing, roofs, windows, doors, weather barriers, cladding systems, and balcony systems
- Comfortable working from heights, climbing ladders, and lifting 50lbs
- Clean Driving Record required
