About the role

  • Serve as primary client liaison to Department of Energy and Department of Defense clients for infrastructure programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Financial Management, Business Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in federal planning, programming, and budgeting
  • Expert in federal requirement validation, planning, budgeting, program development, and program management
  • Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and government procurement procedures
