About the role
- Serve as primary client liaison to Department of Energy and Department of Defense clients for infrastructure programs
- Advise senior military and civilian leaders managing federal programs
- Facilitate technical coordination meetings with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
- Build client confidence and establish long-term partnerships
- Identify and implement alternative acquisition methods to satisfy client requirements
- Develop staff products to assist clients with planning and budgeting decisions
- Foster an environment of cooperation and change
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Financial Management, Business Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in federal planning, programming, and budgeting
- Expert in federal requirement validation, planning, budgeting, program development, and program management
- Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and government procurement procedures
