About the role

  • Strategic capture planning and pipeline development
  • Army/Air Force/Navy/DOD client engagement and federal acquisition expertise
  • Complex real estate, environmental and infrastructure programs
  • Technical proposal leadership (IDIQ, MATOC, SATOC, etc.)
  • Cross-functional team leadership across engineering, science, and logistics
  • Program and project execution under FAR/DFARS compliance frameworks
  • P&L oversight, risk mitigation, and quality assurance
  • Ability to step in and take on challenging client and project initiatives
  • Lead Senior level relationships with Federal client organizations
  • Travel to client locations for face-to-face meetings
  • Key focus on federal clients and provide additional focus on the DOD’s real estate, environmental and infrastructure programs

Requirements

  • Experience with the Army, IMCOM, Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Air Force, and/or NAVFAC.
  • Directed complex environmental and MILCON projects across CONUS and OCONUS locations.
  • Developed growth strategies resulting in new market penetration and long-term client partnerships.
  • Ability to support innovative approaches to solving client’s problems.
