Marketing

• Assist in coordinating affiliate platforms and relationships and managing influencer partnerships, including outreach, relationship management, and content collaboration
• Develop and implement a social media content calendar with the VP of Marketing
• Collaborate with creative contractors and content creators on on-brand social media graphics, photos, and videos
• Manage Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and YouTube Ads
• Set up and execute email, automated trigger email, and SMS marketing campaigns, including assets, distribution lists, segmentation, testing, and deployment
• Coordinate gifts-with-purchase and retention promotions with Operations
• Own and maintain the master marketing calendar across paid, email/SMS, and social channels
• Pull performance reporting across paid media, email/SMS, and social for the VP of Marketing
• Make basic website and landing page updates, including banners, promotional pages, and PDP tweaks
• Monitor and respond to social comments and direct messages, triaging to Customer Experience as needed
• Manage administrative coordination with vendors and contractors
• Conduct ad-hoc market and competitor research
• Support the VP of Marketing and broader marketing and creative team as needed
