About the role
- Lead and develop the marketing team, providing continuous feedback, clear prioritization and technical growth;
- Lead performance and growth strategy in a SaaS context, aligning brand positioning, business objectives and funnel metrics;
- Plan, execute and monitor marketing strategies focused on growth, acquisition, engagement and retention;
- Run the full experimentation cycle: hypothesis definition, prioritization, test execution (A/B, CRO, personalizations) and results analysis;
- Manage the marketing funnel (top, middle and bottom), focusing on MQLs, SQLs, CAC, LTV and ROI;
- Plan, execute and optimize campaigns across paid and organic channels, evaluating efficiency, impact and ROI;
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Success and Performance teams to ensure alignment of messaging, positioning and goals;
- Support product marketing strategies, including positioning, value proposition and launches;
- Ensure consistency of the Saipos brand across all touchpoints;
- Monitor metrics and KPIs, turning data into analyses, learnings and data-driven action plans;
- Act as the technical lead for the media and performance team, guiding best practices and investment prioritization;
- Structure and maintain documentation of processes, tests, learnings and playbooks;
- Manage vendors, partners and marketing tools;
- Ensure alignment of priorities and the initiative calendar;
- Monitor the competitive landscape, trends and market movements that impact the growth strategy.
Requirements
- +7 years of prior experience in marketing at technology and/or SaaS companies, and at least 3 years of people management experience;
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising or Journalism, or related fields;
- Knowledge of digital marketing, inbound marketing, paid media, SEO, CRM and marketing automation;
- Proven experience with performance marketing and/or growth;
- Prior experience at B2B or technology companies;
- Solid knowledge of metrics, funnels and testing methodologies;
- Familiarity with tools such as RD Station, HubSpot, Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads, Google Ads or similar; Looker or equivalents;
- Analytical ability for data-driven decision making within a business context;
- Good communication, organization and prioritization skills;
- Collaborative mindset, business vision and results orientation;
- Test-and-learn mentality, fast learning and continuous improvement;
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Technology or related areas (diverse backgrounds with strong analytical experience are also welcome);
- Availability to work onsite 3x per week in São Leopoldo/RS.
